  • Class of 2016

  • Roots of GU experience: Davis Center (On/offstage & Scene Shop), TPST Classes, Mask & Bauble, Nomadic Theatre
  • What experience in the Davis Center or with TPST was most transformative for you? Taking Adaptation with Natsu. Taking Stage Management with Liam. (Sorry, I know that’s two!)
  • What’s the Davis Center’s lasting impact on your current values and work? TPST gave me the tools to pursue interdisciplinary theatre making, the desire to work with artists from across the creative spectrum, and the language to articulate what matters about my work (to myself and others).
  • How have you carried the Davis Center’s ethos of creating new work and collaborations? I co-founded the Georgetown Theatre Alliance to bring together Georgetown theatre alumni from across years, organizations, and backgrounds. I co-host a podcast called Missing History that tells the story of women overlooked or underappreciated by mainstream historical narratives.

I wish that the Davis Center’s future continues and increases support for student designers, and increased support for the staff, faculty, and guest artists who support them. (Especially the staff).
